World’s greatest entertainment company is expanding its European Development Centre in Budapest and is looking for new media passionate for the position of:

1. Production Manager
2. Associate Producer / Web Designer

This role is critical with responsibility for ensuring the deployment of content hosted by the company for Europe, and the management at all stages, from delivery of content to publishing within group's companies.

Production Manager - Job Responsibilities:

• Project management
• QA testing of sites to ensure company’s standards
• Provision of technical consultancy and support to external Agencies/Developers on key products, technical specifications & guidelines
• Day-to-day interface with Online Services Delivery (OSD) & Platform teams
• Lead on improvement of the Production Manager systems and processes
• Provision of regular reports on activity across team and against key performance indicators

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION

• Education - Degree or equivalent
• Formal training / experience in relevant web technologies or tools
• 2 year’s minimum experience in web administration for a commercial web site, with the emphasis on content management
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a web development or production environment with international coverage
• Ideally 1 year’s minimum experience of QA
• Excellent working knowledge of web technologies including a combination of: JSP, HTML, XML, DHTML, JavaScript, Perl, Java and SQL
• Excellent English-language communication skills
• Effective coordination skills
• Creative and pro-active, strong interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial awareness

Web Designer - Job Responsibilities:

• Design and production of creative assets for use within the publishing tool e.g. Flash introduction sequences, theme-based skins for templates, icons etc
• Collation, uploading and cataloguing of all broadband content e.g. video, audio and interactive content into workflow tool
• Scheduling requirements for creation of editorial and graphical assets and upload into workflow tool
• Coordination of encoding and upload of video content
• Assisting with programming of content, collation of content and translations

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION

• Education - Degree or equivalent in design, preferably with bias towards online/new media
• Formal training in relevant web technologies or tools e.g. HTML
• 1 year minimum experience in a creative role within a consumer facing online company, preferably with an entertainment bias or child-focus.
• Experience of building web sites from the ground up
• Excellent working knowledge of Flash
• Methodical approach to tasks and ability to work under pressure
• Effective coordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills, creative and proactive
• Fluent in English
