Grę powinno dać się w dalszym ciągu na nim uruchomić, jednakże CD Projekt Red nie da nam takiej gwarancji.
Musi dać taką gwarancję. Skoro kupiłem grę w dniu x i w tym dniu mój komputer spełniał wymagania podane przez producenta to jakakolwiek zmiana tych wymagań w tym taka która uniemożliwi granie na pc który spełniał wymagania w dniu zakupu jest naruszeniem zapisów licencji ze strony producenta / wydawcy czyli ja jako konsument mam prawo do odstąpienia od umowy i zwrotu pieniędzy wydanych na zakup gry.
CDPR wyraźnie zastrzegł w licencji prawo do zmiany wymagań:
Each of our Games and Services will have minimum system requirements that your device, system, and/or platform must meet to run it. [...] Please remember, that due to certain circumstances such as technological advancements, we may have to change the minimum system requirements from time to time. In such a case we'll notify you a one hundred and twenty (120) days in advance by sending an email, via push notification or pop-up notification. If the changes in minimum system requirements have a considerable adverse effect on the usability and accessibility of the Games or Services by you, such notification will be via email or another durable data medium.

- ensure compatibility and adapt to changes in technical infrastructure or third-party dependencies [...]
- limit or discontinue obsolete or unsustainable features of Games and/or Services when reasonable.
Zmiana wymagań na Windows 11 (z powodu końca wsparcia Win10 przez Microsoft i braku dalszych sterowników GPU) idealnie wpasowuje się w te zapisy.

Szczerze mówiąc, zmiana wymagań systemowych na Win11 jest jak najbardziej logiczna i zrozumiała, skoro Microsoft kończy ze wsparciem dla tego systemu. Przecież CDPR musiał przejść we wszystkich biurach i na wszystkich stanowiskach pracy na Win11 i dlatego nie może już udzielać wsparcia technicznego na i dla Win10.
