The following features are in Patch 1.3r of Cycling Manager 4:

* (Database) Corrections to travel costs for 3 races (Peace Tour, Tour of Romandy, Switzerland Tour)

* (Database) Adjustment to some rider attributes

* (Individual Time Trial) Improved gameplay with, notably, a slider to adjust pedalling speed

* (Individual Time Trial) More difficult for a rider to win a prologue or short time-trial

* (Individual Time Trial) Easier gameplay to win a long time-trial

* (Race) Possibility for retirement after a fall

* (Race) Better gameplay for sprints. 3 kms instead of 2 kms for flat stages sprints and 1.5kms instead of 1km for intermediate sprints.

* (Management) Weird rosters in the world championships are fix now.

* (Management) Riders of 40 and over go into retirement. (In certain, rare, cases riders did not retire).

* (Management) Possibility for decrease in ^ÓHills^Ô attribute, as with other attributes, as rider gets older.

* (Multiplayer) Stage mode, custom teams, for stages after a rest day => there we re a bug with empty rosters. this is fix now.

* (AI Tour)

o Better co-leader management for AI teams.

o The best outsiders don't have anymore a teammate role on flat stages.

o An AI leader who is in a good feeling moment (green highlight) doesn't launch anymore an attack "suicide"

o Correction to bug where, in certain cases, the leaders took on relays in the pack (on a flat stage)

o If a team is on a numerical superiority in a breakaway, other escapers doesn't take relays.

o It's more hard to be in an early breakaway with a good rider or a leader.

o If a big leader lost time on a stage and can't compete anymore for general classification, he has now a free position instead of being a teammate.

o It's harder for early breakaways to win stages.

o In the final of flat stages, if the pack is grouped, sprinters teams make the train instead of leaders teams.

o More variations with early breakaway attackers

Fixes in CM4 v1.2 :

(Database) In the race interface the Young Riders rankings were shown, in some races, in place of the sprinters ranking

(Database) Hed Jet 40 wheels. Correction to texture display

(Database) In the calendar, for the Tour of Catalonia, the first stage (Team time-trial) was not shown and only 7 stages were displayed, even if the team time-trial is, in fact, in the game when the Tour of Catalonia is ridden.

(Database) Correction to Meta Volantes sprints on the Tour of Catalonia which gave neither points nor time bonuses.

(Database) Several modifications to rider attributes

(Editor) Possibility to change weather preferences, rider potential, initial team budget, ………

(Team time-trial) Starting order decided by reverse race ranking and not alphabetic order

(Backup) Backups are themselves backed-up for increased security. The game no longer bombs if a back-up is corrupted.

(AI tour) The game’s AI now fights to protect the sprinter’s jersey.

(Management) Rider recovery was not correctly updated when a player simulated the first stage of a tour or a race.

(Management) Staff contracts finish correctly.

(Race) Putting the game into the background no longer cause it to stop. The host cheat whereby a player used an Alt-Tab to slow other players no longer works

(Motor) Correction to slow loading times (several minutes to move between days) with certain low-end video cards.

(Multi) In the ladder, all current players are now accounted for and those having disconnected are no longer shown.

(Junior rider rankings) 25 year-old riders are now counted in junior rider rankings. Those who’ll be 26 during the season no longer appear.

(Race) World Cup podiums no longer bomb

(Race) The correct jersey is shown in the team rankings

(Management) It’s no longer possible to have more than 25 riders. The bug that prevented the “dismiss riders” pop-up from appearing has been corrected.

(management_trainings) Some neo-professionals who reach maximum potential are not detected and their progress is blocked at 100%

(management_inscriptions) Display bug on the number of victories on rider selection page before a race

(management_classifications) Display bug on Team rankings with a " rider/team " in the table rather than " team "

(management_classifications) Incorrect sort on riders on results page after a race

(management_trainingcamps) Incorrect display of bonus on some attributes after a given training camp.

(management_scout) Clicking on the North Sea in Northern Europe no longer selects an area in Spain

(management_scout) Under some circomstances scouts did not return from a mission which then proceeded to disappear.

(management_scout) Incorrect display of team being observed by scout

(management) Under some circumstances a wrong page was displayed on return from a simulation

(graphic) White on Mavic IO and Hed 3 wheels are fix

(sound) Listener speed (Doppler effect) implemented

(multiplayer) Correction to chat bug in the pages

(multiplayer) Correction of bug when X players are on the pre-race page with status "Run the race" and a player leaves the game while on another page with status "Not ready" the game did not launch.

(multiplayer) Corrections to bugs on game saves in multiplayer mode during a stage race

(multiplayer) Correction of bug in stage mode with personnalised teams : the stage raced was always the first of the tour.
