Word 2013 łapie zwiechy na kilka sekund

Nie wiem skąd się to wzięło ale robiłem w między czasie format i dalej jest tak samo.
W trakcie pisania Word robi "freez" i nic nie można kliknąć. Trwa to ok. 5-7 sekund, ciężko się pracuje przy tym. I to tylko w wodzie, chrome działa bez problemów.
Jakie pomysły?

Hold Windows key + R.
Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:

WinWord /safe

Note: There is space between WinWord and /

If Word works fine in safe mode, try to disable the add-ins associated with Word program and then check the result:
Click on File menu, Options and then Add-ins.
Click on Go button besides Manage: Com-in Add.
Check if there are add-ins listed, clear the checkbox to disable them.
Click OK.
Open Word to check if the issue occurs.

You may also try disabling the hardware acceleration for Word:

Open the Word program.
Click on file, Options.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Under the Display section, uncheck the box for 'Disable hardware graphics acceleration'.
Click ok.
