Shadow of the Demon Lord FAST / SLOW Initiative na 5. edycję

Hi. I've been wanting to try this system out with my group of new players. It seems fairly straight forward, but I would love to hear how it works for other groups. Also, how does readying actions work in Fast/Slow? Are there any glaring problems that aren't immediately noticeable? How does it fare strategy wise?

Also, I want to add Side initiative per round by doing a simple average Int roll for the PCs and Monster so that the PCs don't necessarily go first each round every time.
