From there you can go to Rt. 212 but dont go anyway cuz you won't find anything there, just the Pokemon Mansion but you can go there later. Right now go to Pastoria and chase around that Galactic Grunt (after the gym). When you chase him off and battle Team Galactic at Lake Valor, Cynthia will give you the SecretPotion to get rid of those Psyduck. Ok im not completely sure if the guide i gave you is correct because ive beaten Platinum months ago. You should check the internet for a Walkthrough
