increased Economist trait bonuses - starting credits 2.0 to 3.0, trading 1.5 to 2.0, and credits produced 1.5 to 2.0 - Human

colony ships now only cost expansion races 25% of normal cost - Human and Lithosoid

increased Dryad gift chances from 35/50 to 25/60
