Atomfall Where to find and how to use items

Atomfall Tips and Tricks

1. Go to the Interchange as soon as possible (and it will be possible fairly quickly). Why? There is a stash in which you can leave your items, it is called Pneumatic Dispatch Tube. It is also available in other places (all tubes are connected), but Interchange is key location for your travels.
2. Read everything and talk to everyone. While many games are concentrated on the quest system - someone sends you to do something - you will rarely see such a clear task in Atomfall. Often you have to depend on the leads. After reading a note or talking to someone, you will get a hint on something interesting, and it depends on you if you will follow it.
3. Save ammo. Many opponents can be killed with melee weapons (which are everywhere). On the other hand, you may find yourself without bullets pretty quickly in the first hours of the game.
4. Avoid combat. If it is not in the restricted area, enemies will give you a chance to run away. Use it, if you are not sure if killing opponents will be profitable enough. Moreover, you will be almost always outnumbered (even if you can't see other hostiles at the first glance).
5. Use stealth. While running away is an option, you will often find yourself in risky situations like in the aforementioned restricted areas. Hide and try to sneak to avoid combat or simply to get the upper hand.
6. Get Metal Detector. It can be bought as soon as a few minutes into the game from Molly (she is a merchant on the first map). This tool will reveal hidden stashes in various places. They are an excellent source of loot.
