Property. Notwithstanding the earlier passing of risk, title in The Products shall remain with The Company and shall not pass to the customer until the amount due under the invoice for them has been paid in full and no other amounts are then outstanding from the customer to The Company in respect of other goods supplied by The Company. Until such time as the handover acceptance certificate (in the form of the Appendix annexed hetero) signed by the Customer is in the possession of The Supplier , the Customer agrees and accepts that the Equipment is not be cleared for use fare-paying passengers and any insurance cover upon the Equipment may be invalidated and any failure by the Customer to abide by the terms of this sub-clause is at the risk of the Customer.
We understand that until the delivery of this signed acceptance certificate to the Supplier has been completed, title in the Equipment (and every part thereof) remains the property of the Supplier, and the Equipment should not be used for fare-paying passengers and the insurance cover to do carry any fare-paying passengers may be invalidated.
