Oczysczanie Windowsa

Mam 2Gb Ram'u i rdzenie 2x po 2.60 Ghz a mój komputer włącza się 1-2 min-wcześniej tak nie było.Na dysku z Windowsem mam 5Gb wolnego miejsca a na C około 120Gb wolnego(wsumie na obydwóch jest 500).Explorer mi czasami szwankuje.Nie wiem ile mam wirusów bo avira zaznacza jako wirusa większość plików :P.Zaznaczę także iż mam cały zawalony pulpit i pełno programów na pasku zadań.

Szukam dobrego sposobu na oczyszczenie nie używanych plików,ułożenie i naprawienie plików windowsa,zeskanowanie PC.Defragmentacja?(co to jest,slyszalem ze pomaga xd)

Bardzo proszę o pomoc :)

Nie wiem czy zauważyłeś, ale u góry napisałem, żebyś najpierw zajął się tymi logami, to pozwoli Ci jakoś zachować porządek, na tamtym forum dostaniesz kompleksową forum za jednym zamachem.

To porada zupełnie bezsensu, po co ma instalować kolejny pakiet antywirusowy, jak można posłużyć się skanerem dostępowym(i tu idealnym przykładem jest malwarebytes), który jest lżejszy, mniej inwazyjny i skuteczniejszy niż te wszystkie darmowe antywirusy, a przede wszystkim nie koliduje z posiadanym przez nas pakietem. Co więcej tworzy przejrzysty raport, który można być idealnym dodatkiem do zestawu logów w celu postawienia prawidłowej diagnozy.
