Background

In order to speed up the digital transformation at Client Company we are looking for a consultancy partner to support us with our current projects and planned initiatives. Our roadmap for 2018 has been defined, this roadmap consists of four streams:

1. Prototyping:
the development of ideas into MVPs, aiming for fast results and learning, driven by the motto ‘think – try – fail fast – learn – move on’;
these ideas range across 10 defined relevant domains at the airport (including: e-commerce, airport community, luggage and security services);

2. Implementation:
taking MVPs to the next level and managing their complete roll out as fully fledged airport experience concepts;
3. Capability Building: laying the groundwork for our long term digital transformation, including building platforms and digital infrastructure;
4. Enabling Transformation: focus on short and long term organisational aspects like partnership strategy, looking at the day after tomorrow and creating a digital organisation and culture.

BAC’s demand for support

We are looking for a party to support our current team across the program and project management of all four streams for a period of 3 months, possibly to be extended to six months. Concretely we are looking to fill three full-time positions, with following responsibilities:

2 digital project managers:
- Strong focus on managing the projects in the ‘prototyping’ stream and for successful MVPs the development and implementation of these projects as concepts as defined in stream 2 ‘implementation’;
- Managing the currently approved projects in the ‘capability’ stream, currently including: tracking services, e-commerce platform development, website rework.

1 digital program manager:
- Responsible for general program monitoring (planning, budget, scoping, quality),
setting out the guidelines for the project management within the digital programme;

The assignment is to migrate model files to Moodle 3.1 with plug-ins and maintenance of passwords
The platform can be accessed via http://e-learning.escapo.be/
There is also a public website, which we intend to change/update after this migration operation. This is http://www.escapo.be/ (PHP)

There is a new server built by Combell:

- LINUX server Debian 9 compatible
- PHP 5.6 (not php7) with the package you mentioned in the email
- Mysql 5, MariaDB(compatible with barracuda format)
- APACHE 2.4

o Export van database from old Moodle context to new
o Convert to new structuur (we have done a testmigration, so one should know the procedure)

o Copy datafiles from old environment to new one
