Aż sprawdziłem datę premiery Doom 3 - wygląda na to że nie zmieścił się na liście.

Z listą w 70 % mogę się zgodzić. Ale Half2 powinien być na --->>1<<---

Podoba mi się nagroda w kategorii "Most Pleasant Surprise"

"We'll freely admit that we weren't that excited about Painkiller when we first previewed it. On the surface, it seemed like a Serious Sam clone, except without the humor or charm. The demo released for the game didn't do much to help. Fighting waves of zombies in graveyard? Hadn't we done this a thousand times before?

Well, we were wrong. Even though the concept was relatively simplistic, the execution was stellar. Painkiller was as about as fun a romp through Hell as you could ever hope for. The weapons, the physics, the pacing -- it was all in service of balls-to-the-wall action, without anything like triggered events or chats with friendly characters to get in the way. Special hidden objectives gave you a reason to replay levels over and over, something rarely seen in shooters any more. This was a game for people who like to shoot, shoot, shoot, and shoot some more. Painkiller delivered in spades.

To lista najlepszych gier, a nie największych porażek, więc Doom 3 tutaj nie pasuje. Piąte miejsce wśród FPP dla D3, to i tak śmieszne miejsce.
